Welcome to my page! My name is Kristie Saliba and I am an environmental health and safety specialist II at Shire Pharmaceuticals. I am a graduate of the University of Rhode Island where I received a Bachelor's degree in Marine Affairs/Coastal and Marine Policy and a Bachelor's degree in French. The purpose of this online portfolio is to highlight my accomplishments as an intern at the Environmental Protection Agency's Atlantic Ecology Division located in Narragansett, RI. My accomplishments include established knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures in coordination with a research project regarding salt marsh degradation in New England.
