Objective One: Gain familiarity and understanding of laboratory equipment and procedures.
Activities and Resources:
Accept training from my supervisor on lab procedures pertaining to her research project on the plant Spartina alterniflora.
Do at least 2 hours per work day in the laboratories.
Document methods and procedures of the research project in my lab journal.
Evidence:
Provide pictures with a brief
description of the lab equipment I was trained to use.
Objective Two: Record project data in a series of spreadsheets for data analyzing.

Input data into excel spreadsheets.
Upload spreadsheets onto EPA shared drive.
Evidence:
Provide excel spreadsheet with data.
